Finally, We just want apologize to everyone. While the last two years have been utterly amazing in so many wonderful ways because of the kindness you all have shown our baby business, it's also been a year of trials, mistakes, mishaps, and some ugly frustration tears. We've made countless misjudgments, gone about things in the wrong way, and left plenty of you frustrated and upset with us. But in the end, the worst transgression has been letting you down. Please believe us when we say that we are taking all of that in and using it as fuel to build a better business. One that continues to grow and learn from their mistakes!!
