Shipping policy

The Pretty Little Words happily ships worldwide—prices vary and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for foreign exchange fees, transaction fees, or other customs fees that may apply to non-US customers.

Every order will receive a tracking number with their confirmation email once their order has shipped.

The Pretty Little Words is not liable for any delays in transit or damage received once the package is dropped off at the post office.

We aim to ship out preorders by the specified date in the details section of the product—usually within 4 months of the preorder closing. You will be given a tracking number to follow once the shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date the shipping label is created to see movement in your tracking.
