Refund policy
All preorder, overstock, and scratch & dent sales are final.Â
We do not offer returns or refunds on any scratch & dent orders.
For all other orders, we do not offer returns unless the order is damaged, and it’s clear we are liable.
Please note : If you file a chargeback or Paypal claim WITHOUT reaching out to us first to resolve the issue, we will cancel ALL of your orders with us and ban you from our website.Â
Quality check is important to us. Every effort will be made to ensure your order is correct, packaged securely, and free of any defects.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect their order when it arrives and reach out to us immediately if there is an issue. You have SEVEN (7) days to reach out to us about any issues–such as damaged products or missing items—after which time no returns will be accepted.
Please note : we require proof of damage via photo and reserve the right to deny any claims as we see fit.
If after review, we concur your order is damaged and/or product missing, and the fault lies with us not the shipping carrier, we will replace your items. Additionally, we will require you to ship back any damaged products before we ship out replacements. The Pretty Little Words will email you a return shipping label as a one time courtesy, free of charge. If you are unable to print and adhere said label, the cost of the return shipping falls solely on you.
